If there’s one thing I’ve learned from years of coaching, it’s that a gymnast who loves what she’s wearing walks into the gym with her head a little higher. Practice leotards don’t need to be boring — and honestly, when your athlete feels good, she works harder. These are the practice leos I’m recommending to my girls right now.
